Much like the most of the population, I’ve become a Lizbian. That is a Lizzo fanatic, y’all. I’ve become enthralled in her infectious self love, positivity, empowerment, and love. In her spirit of lifting people up, I want to share the spotlight and highlight an awesome entrepreneur and friend on my little corner or the internets.
Terri and I have been online friends for many years. She in Winnipeg, Canada. I in Texas, USA. She is pretty much directly north of me! We’ve watched each other grow and I’m so proud of Terri’s tenacity and drive. (Terri’s Tenacity should totally be a blog name or something, girl!) Please allow me to introduce my good friend, Terri Antoniw, Beachbody Coach, handmade card crafter, wellness motivator, and dog mom to pretty girl Faith.
Terri took time out of her day to give me a peek into her busy life and what motivates this motivator. Ok, Terri, tell me about you…
I am a Beachbody Coach who is certified in the 2B Mindset nutrition education program. I provide 1:1 mentorship and run online success groups.
I started initially as a customer working on my own wellness. I have a chronic pain disorder which makes it difficult and having access to 700+ workouts from home allowed me to exercise at my own pace. However, most of my success so far has been with the 2B Mindset program.
I became a coach/mentor as I want to help others feel good in their bodies. Also because I know that one day I may not be able to continue working in a traditional setting.
In addition to this I also make and sell greeting cards!
Who can benefit from your business? Where do you provide your services?
Anyone can benefit! There are a wide range of programs to fit every fitness level as well as supplements and other products to help you reach your goals. And of course my favourite is the nutrition programs that educate about foods and how to learn what works for your body because every body is different.
Currently, Beachbody only ships to Canada USA and UK. Coming soon to France!
That’s exciting! New horizons. Now tell me something exciting or funny that has happened since starting your business?
My most exciting experience has been having people believe in me and ask me to be their coach/mentor. I also got to see the famous @tonyshorton in person at a Super Saturday Event. The CEO of Beachbody, @carldaikeler was there too and he singled me out in the crowd because my ASL Interpreter was on the stage next to him.
Personally, I’d like to reach my health goals and be a little more financially stable in my life.

In 5 years I hope to be working from home and have a team of amazing leaders working with me. Won’t you link arms with me?
